Accessing and Logging-In to the Application


Q - How do I access the JLearn Online system?
A - Type this Internet address > http://JLearn.Online < on your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) 
   
Q – I don’t know if I have a User Name. 
A –
If you have taken a JLearn or Melton class within the last two years, you already have an account.  Please use your email address as your User Name.

 

Q - How do I Log In?
A – If you already have a User Name and password, simply enter those on the JLearn Login page and press the grey ‘Log In’ button.

If you do not have a User Name, you will need to create a new account.  (See link on the Login page)

Q - I forgot my User Name.  Now what?

A – Your User Name is probably your email address.  However, if that does not work, call the JLearn office at (248) 205-2557 during business hours, and we will be able to assist you.

Q - I forgot my Password.  Can I reset it?
A - On the JLearn Login page, click on "Forgot password", enter your User Name, press the 'Email Link' button and instructions will be sent to your email account to allow you to reset your password. 

Q - I requested a Password reset, however I have not received a confirmation email.
A - If you have not received an email within 15 minutes, check your email Spam, Junk or Trash folders.  If you still do not see the email, call the JLearn office at (248) 205-2557 and report the problem.

Q - I can't get the application to work or I am receiving an error message. 
A - Call the JLearn office at (248) 205-2557 and we will be happy to assist.
